Julia first discovered her athletic abilities while attending UCLA when she went out on a limb and joined the school’s Dragonboat team. In an effort to cross train and keep in shape, she discovered her love for long distance running. Many half marathons and marathons later, injuries set in and forced Julia to discover indoor cycling as an alternative cardio workout, and she loved it! Julia works full time at a local pharmaceutical company and is currently in process of earning her MBA so she definitely knows how important it is to get a great workout in a limited amount of time! Get ready to let loose and get your sweat on during her rhythmic cycle rides!
