Stacie was first introduced to Lagree fitness at the end of 2013 and was instantly hooked after seeing how only 50 minutes quickly transformed and strengthened her body (two weeks to oblique’s, true story)! Enthusiastic and passionate about Lagree, she decided to become certified to educate and help others reach their own fitness goals regardless of their current fitness level. “Good sweat sessions are not only necessary to help me reset and reboot after long hours in front of a computer, but I find it therapeutic to the mind and body.”
